Det ser ud som om din ntp-server er ca 11 min forkert (658 sekunder).
Hvis du venter længe nok, skal ntp nok få trukket tiden på plads - ntp
kan ikke lide for store ændringer ad gangen i tiden - men hvis du gerne
vil have den på plads lidt hurtigere vil jeg foreslå, at du stopper ntp
og derefter manuelt sætter tiden enten med date (se man date for
detaljer) eller med ntpdate (man ntpdate). Derefter kan du genstarte ntp
og vente lidt (til 'reach' bliver 377). Så skulle du gerne ser en meget
bedre synkroniseret tid.

Din ntp-konfiguratin ser OK ud for mig.
