SORRY - jeg fandt endelig selv problemet. Jeg havde set mig blind i noget
kode jeg havde fået fra en anden.

Man skulle bare skrive "SOL_TCP" i create-linjen,
$socket = socket_create(AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, SOL_TCP); - så er der liv, og
der kommer data.
