Skal lige indskydes, at det er doxygen der laver alle de andre ting - dot er 
"bare" et program til at tegne grafen med. Så, man skal have doxygen _og_ dot 
for at få grafiske fremstillinger af kodens relationer. Med doxygen, uden 
dot, får man sådan en slags ascii/html præsentation.

doxygen og dot er standard pakker i langt de fleste distributioner.
