Adgang til diskoplysninger



Hej alle,

Jeg skal bruge oplysninger om partitioner og filsystemer i et program
skrevet i C/C++. Hvad jeg har behov for, er en tabel med følgende
udseende:
device     monteringspunkt      startblok      slutblok      filsystem
/dev/xx    /                    1              12000         ext3

Jeg kan selvfølgelig parse output fra et mix af fdisk -l og mount, men
findes der ikke en smartere indbygget facilitet i C/C++?

Et tillægsspørgsmål:
Hvordan med SATA? Hvilket device får de tildelt? Jeg mener det er som en
SCSI-disk, altså /dev/sdXY

Gælder samme regel, hvis SATA er tilkoblet gennem en PATA->SATA?
