Det er samme problem når man vil kopiere filer fra en CD-rom.
Indtil videre er eneste måde som jeg kender er efterfølegende 
brug af  "chmod" (eller tilsvarende i de grafiske programmer).

Evt. må der laves en anden udgave af "cp" programmet
hvor man kan sætte ønsked "mode", dvs. en kombination
af cp og chmod.

....

Jeg er dog gået over til en anden løsning.
I windows XP er det kun C: der er NTFS.
De andre drev/partioner er ext3 og så har jeg installeret
en ext2/ext3 driver i windows. Jeg skal så opsætte windows-
programmerne så de bruger de andre drev til at gemme på.

Alternativt kan man også nøjes med FAT32, det kommer lidt
an på opgaven og filtyperne.
