Hvis formatet på kopien er anderledes vil jeg kalde det »omgå«.
Ellers vil jeg kalde det »fjerne«.  Om domstolene så er enige i den
forståelse af sproget ved jeg desværre ikke.

Et relateret tilfælde er vel dvd-afspillere, hvor man kan ignorere
producentens forbud mod at man kan spole i filmen, skifte sprog
undervejs, m.m.  Men da sådanne programmer/apparater _primært_ er
beregnede til at se filmen er der håb om at at de ikke falder ind
under lovens begrænsninger.
