Hej Frank!
Der er vist noget med Linux-partitionen helst skal lægge i starten af
harddisken, altså ikke midtpå. En videre/bedre forklaring skal nok komme
senere på dagen.

Hej Alle.

Jeg har sat en 18 GB HD i min maskine og delt den med "FDISK fra Windows
98" til 50% til Windows, og så
ikke mere. Med den indkøbte "Red Hat" CD booter jeg så og forventer at
kunne partitionere resten under
"Red Hat" installationen, men det går ikke.
Jeg kan få lov til at lave en swap partition, og når jeg prøver at lave en
"/boot og en / " kommer den ud og siger
at der ikke er nok plads, og at fejlen er udefineret.
Jeg har prøvet både med Workstation Gnome og expert, men hver gang jeg
kommer til partitioneringen går det galt.
Det er første gang jeg prøver Linux.
Kan nogen give et hint til løsning.
