Hvor kan man skaffe hjælpe til at programmere opensource ?

Hejsa,

 Jeg har et par år været ved at programmere (i C++) noget opensource
under GPL 100% ikke-kommercielt. Koden har jeg holdt for mig selv det
meste af tiden, men nu er den første version frigivet.
Jeg er villig til at betale ialt nogle hundred USD for at få dele til
projektet skrevet færdig,
da projektet ellers aldrig bliver færdig.

Nu kommer spørgsmålet:
 Har I nogle forslag til mailinglister, websteder, boards,
nyhedsgrupper etc., hvor jeg
kunne annoncerer ?
