Nu har mange 'små lapper' det jo ofte med at gå hen og blive noget
helt (nyt) brugbart (og måske også kunst), jævnfør:

'Patch' er vist gået ind i dansk (sprogbrug)? En anden
oversættelsesmulighed af 'patch(es)' (hvis man absolut vil), kunne
måske være "tilretning(er)"? Det forekommer at være et mere rummeligt
begreb (end lap(per) og/eller rettelse(r)), jævnfør eksemplerne på
patches i en anden sslug-tråd (om et andet emne):
