Der er vi så ikke helt enige.  Når jeg skriver »åben specifikation«
mener jeg ikke nødvendigvis en specifikation der kan distribueres
frit.  Jeg bruger »fri specifikation« om åbne specifikationer der oven
i købet kan distribueres frit.

 + Min skelnen mellem »standard« og »specifikation« er altså på de
   organisatoriske forhold omkring udarbejdelsen,

 + mens min skelnen mellem »fri« og »åben« er på
   distributionsrettighederne for dokumentet.

Jeg kan selvfølgelig ikke kræve at alle andre følger samme
terminologi, men jeg mener der er en hvis logik i den.
