Hverken Keld eller Stig berører kravet om restriktioner omkring implementerings af en standard.
Her tænker jeg på at det har været fremme at visse MS licenser specefikt forbyder anvendelse i forbindelse med OSS/FSS.

Spørgsmålet er om tilsvarende restriktioner kunne forkomme i forbindelse med "åbne" standarder ?

Forhindre Keld's eller Stig's definitioner tilstrækkeligt sådanne restriktioner i forbindelse med "åbne" standarder ?
