Linuxkluster 12 januari

SSLUG-möte 12 januari: Linuxkluster med Jonas Lindemann

Jonas Lindemann bygger och underhåller Linuxkluster på Lunarc, se http://www.lunarc.lu.se/. För närvarande har de 4 kluster i drift, det största med 210 noder, 1 Opteron-CPU per nod. Man arbetar också med att samordna användandet av superdatorresurser genom SweGrid/NorduGrid. Jonas Lindemann kommer att berätta om kluster i Linux, om Swegrid/NorduGrid och även om hur han nu driver en utveckling för att göra det lättare för forskare att använda kluster med hjälp av webgränssnitt.
